By using Hermes X Threads ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the App, you confirm acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Hermes X Threads integrates with Threads via Meta's API to provide automated posting, content management, and AI-assisted interaction features.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must comply with Meta's Terms of Service and Platform Policies
• You are responsible for all content posted through the App
• You must not use the App for spam, harassment, or illegal activity
• You must maintain the confidentiality of your access tokens

4. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from its use, including but not limited to content loss, service interruptions, or API changes by Meta.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
